The client

Volkswagen Egypt, through its official dealership.

The challenge

Two kinds of driver open the same app: people who want a Volkswagen, and people who already own one. Each needed their own way in, with service and support always one tap away.

Structure

  1. Want Volkswagencar models · commercial models · showrooms · test drive · car reservation · authorised dealers
  2. My Volkswagenservice centre · genuine parts · service calculator · service tips · book your maintenance · e-shop
  3. Homeintention form · brochures · service booking · safety tips · reminders
  4. About Volkswagen in Egypt
  5. Get started · Log in · Sign upwith Apple, Google or Facebook

The interface

The home splits the app in two, My Volkswagen and Want Volkswagen, as big photo cards, with quick actions between them. A bottom bar keeps Home, Maintenance, Calculator, Live chat and Menu in reach, and a call button floats on every screen.
